Proposed Change in Land Use Zoning of Lorongs 4-22 Geylang to Better Manage Issues Arising from Conflicting Uses
The areas bounded by Geylang Lorong 4 to Lorong 22 will be rezoned to Commercial/Institution status, from its current Residential/Institution status, as propsed by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA). This will enhance the value and increase the likelihood of capital appreciation for the purchasers of Clavon, both upgraders and investors alike.
